FLEXIBLE CONDUCTOR FOR HIGH FREQUENCY LARGE CURRENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible conductor which can be used as a moving inter connection for supply of high frequency large current, and permits a movement of objects to be supplied. SOLUTION: A litz wire 5 having a small electric current loss is formed by twisting strands having an insulating coating. A plurality of the litz wires 5 are braided to produce a braided litz wire 4 having a large heat dissipating area. On both ends of the braided litz wire 4, there are metallic terminals 6 to be collectively conducted, thereby forming a conductor assembly 2. The conductor assembly 2 is received in a hollow of a hose assembly 3 having hose joints 12 attached to both ends of a flexible and insulating hose 11. The terminals 6 are brazed with a hose joints 12. Accordingly, a flexible conductor 1 for high frequency large current is formed, which uses the hose joints 12 at both ends as a current-applying end and a cooling water-applying end.
