ORDER MANAGING DEVICE AND RESTAURANT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically decide a cooking order of articles of food menu merchandise the order of which are received from a customer, to instruct it and to make the cooking order possible to be changed from the customer side. SOLUTION: When merchandise codes of all articles of the food menu merchandise ordered by one customer are inputted, an order managing device creates a customer file by attaching a series of cooking orders to the inputted merchandise codes. A cooking instruction picture 9 on which menu names corresponding to the merchandise codes stored in the customer file in the cooking orders attached to the merchandise codes in a storage order of the customer files is displayed on a display part. A pager terminal is provided with a change of cooking order instructing means to instruct the change of the cooking order and transmits cooking order change data of the food menu merchandise to the order managing device by radio. The order managing device changes the cooking order of the customer files based on the cooking order change data received from each pager terminal and updates the cooking instruction picture 9.
