Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load driving circuit arranged so that voltage supplied to a signal line is not influenced by irregularities of logic circuit characteristics. SOLUTION: A constant current circuit I1 is arranged between a transistor Q1 for controlling on-off of voltage to be supplied to a signal line S and a voltage VDD. When the transistor Q1 is made on and the voltage is supplied to the signal line S, the existence of this constant current circuit I1 keeps variations in the voltage of the signal line S at a constant rate. Therefore, it is possible to secure linearity of a load driving circuit 11a.
