IMAGE FORMING DEVICE AND HYBRID MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid machine which can perform proper charging corresponding to a color mode by eliminating the malfunction of a charging device. SOLUTION: A digital copying machine as the hybrid machine is previously given identifiers wherein color modes (modes regarding the colors of a formed image such as whether or not an image formed on a form is a black-and-white image or a full-color image) usable by applications such as a printer function, a copying function, a facsimile function from a print request source are set. When the processes of the current print request and another print request are in operation with a currently set identifier (Y in step S5) and the print request which is already executed and the current print request are different in color mode (N in step S7), a return to a step S3 is made, so that the print request which is already executed and the current print request will not be processed simultaneously in parallel through interruption processing by an interleaving function.
