PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge, an electrophotographic image forming device, an image forming device, a developing device, a developer container and measuring components, capable of detecting the remaining developer quantity stepwise in accordance with the consumption of the developer in the developer container functioning as a developer storing part. SOLUTION: The device is provided with plural measuring electrode members 21a to 21e which are arranged so as to come into contact with the developer and which are individually provided with at least a pair of input and output side electrodes partly arranged side by side at a prescribed interval, plural measuring electrode output contacts 30A1 to 30A5 which are electrically connected to each output side electrode of plural measuring electrode members, and a common input contact 30C which is electrically connected to the input side electrodes of plural measuring electrode members.
