Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the moisture dependency of a gas sensor by delaying the breaking of a filter for increasing durability, and by suppressing moisture fluctuation in the filter. SOLUTION: An outer breathing hole 8 and an inner breathing hole 20 are provided at a cap 4 of the gas sensor while sandwiching an activated carbon filter 14, the hole diameter of the outer breathing hole 8 is limited, and a breathing property to the filter 14 is limited.
