Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inspecting corrugated cardboard box which inspects the flap spacing of the cardboard box at a high speed, using the image processing. SOLUTION: A horizontal reference coordinate setting means 50 verifies the change in the number of data 0, corresponding to lightness level signals of one scanning line counted by a counter 24, while binary image data 40 of a flattened corrugated cardboard box 1 are acquired in an image memory 26, and sets a first horizontal reference coordinate corresponding to the scan line which increases the data number over a first prescribed value and a second horizontal reference coordinate corresponding to the scanning line, which decreases the data number below a second specified value. A flap spacing deciding means 51 retrieves the binary image data 40 for a straight line, composed of black points successively changing on the coordinate x but constant on the coordinate y within a flap determined spacing inspection range based on the first and second horizontal reference coordinates, and decides whether the straight line length is within the prescribed normal range, thereby inspecting the flap spacing of the corrugated cardboard box 1. |
