Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the pressure loss of a heating medium flowing in a heat exchanger while the heat transfer rate improving effect by means of fins is secured. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is constituted mainly of many plate-like fins 14 which are arranged in parallel with each other at fixed intervals and a heat transfer tube 8 which is fixed to the fins 14 and has a meandering form as a whole. On the internal surface of the straight tube section 8A in the upstream-side portion GL of the tube 7, fins 24 which are arranged zigzag in the peripheral direction of the internal surface are formed and, in addition, on the internal surface of the straight tube section 8B in the downstream-side portion L(G) of the tube 8, linear fins 28 are formed in parallel to the axis of the tube 8.
