SOLUTION: The frame 1 is composed of a frame, in which an outer frame is formed in a rectangular shape and which is made of steel, and the exterior wall panels 2 are stuck. The adjacent frame forming materials 3, 4 (or 3, 5 or 4, 6 or 5, 6) of a plurality of the frame forming materials 3, 4, 5, 6 forming the frame 1 are connected mutually by rivets 8, 8 through brackets 9. Thus, a plurality of these frame forming materials 3, 4, 5, 6 are assembled, and the frame 1 is formed.
