SOLUTION: This non-silicone-based peelable substrate is characterized in that the substrate comprises an extrusion molded film of a polyolefin resin composition obtained by adding a 12-22C long-chain alkyl group-containing compound having 50,000-500,000 weight-average molecular weight to a polyolefin resin or a laminated body composed of the film and another kind of substrate.
