Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dispersion of an undesired supply by more uniformly supplying a particle material and enhance flow efficiency of the particle. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a conduit 10 for carrying a particle material 19 from the first end part to the second end part via an inside hollow chamber 18, a gas impermeable outer wall 12, a gas permeable inner wall 14, a compressive gas introduction nozzle 16 intersecting the outer wall 12, a gas distribution chamber 18 installed between the outer wall 12 and the inner wall 14 and a gas pressure source connected to the gas introduction nozzle 16 and supplying gas pressure to the gas distribution chamber 18 and the gas permeable inner wall 14.
