Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing method for a pouch container with a spout for securely fitting an inner seal on a mouth section of the spout without damaging the same. SOLUTION: A content is filled in a pouch container with a spout formed of a container main body, which is formed into the bag shape by using a flexible sheet, whereon a spout with a cylindrical mouth 3a used as a pouring mouth or a drinking mouth is installed, and an inner seal 1 is so heat sealed as to protrude a peripheral section S forming a knob from the mouth 3a to the outside on the opening end of the mouth 3a of the pouch container with the spout. Then while the inner seal S1 is cooled by a shaping head 18, the peripheral section S2 forming the knob is folded to the outer peripheral face side of the mouth 3a and then a screw cap 4 is mounted on the mouth 3a of the spout.
