Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain noodle including liquid cheese other than flour as a noodle material and having good flavor and high nutritive value. SOLUTION: This noodle is obtained by following steps; strong flour and soft flour are mixed as main raw materials, a liquid cheese added butter and whipped cream is mixed thereinto and kneaded, the resultant is extended to a noodle strip and the noodle strip is cut up into noodle threads. By the method, the liquid cheese is well mixed with flour as one body, the noodle is not broken in boiling and a delicious and nutritious noodle can be obtained.
