Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the occurrence of an output switch skew, due to the wiring length dispersion of wiring connected to the output control signal of a bus driver and to dissolve the occurrence of bus contention and bus floating. SOLUTION: In a semiconductor integrated circuit, mainly, in a gate array LSI, a bus line, a bus driver drive the bus line, D-F/F (D type flip flop) controlling the output control signal of the bus driver and a clock driver drive D-F/F, controlling the output control signal of the bus driver are previously made in advance in the base of the gate array. Thus, the performance of an inner bus circuit can fully guarantee at the time of making them in the base and the influence of the arrangement/wiring of random logic when random logic is laid out is not given. |
