SOLUTION: A ceramics layer 1 of magnetic substance and a conductor 2 are formed by lamination and baked collectively, and a spiral conductor 2 is formed in the ceramics layer 1 of the magnetic substance. Low permittivity layers 3 are formed in both end portions of the spiral conductor 2 which end portions are surfaces perpendicularly intersecting a spiral axis of the conductor 2. |
