Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow anyone to easily and quickly and precisely estimate a plate product, moreover without relying on an expert who is experienced in a series of processes of plate working. SOLUTION: Setting up man-hours and working man-hours necessary for each of plural working processes are respectively saved in a setting up man-hour table 32 and a working man-hour table 33. Then, the setting up man-hour table 32 and the working man-hour table 33 are refered to according to a prescribed working condition inputted for each working process, and the obtained setting up man-hours and working man-hours for each working process are multiplied by a prescribed man-hour unit price for each working process, so that the estimation of a plate product for each working process can be respectively calculated. Then, the estimation of the plate product for each working process is calculated so that the whole estimation of the plate product can be calculated.
