Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finder device where a diaphragm member and/or a display member is arranged on a small occupied space and the finder is composed of small number of parts. SOLUTION: In this finder device, an LCD holding frame 5 provided with an aperture part 5a for a flare diaphragm is disposed on the rear surface side of an ocular 4, and an LCD display board 6 capable of controlling light shielding is held on the frame 5 in a state where it is pressed by an LCD pressing plate 7. In the finder device, by adopting such structure that the aperture part 5a is formed on the frame 5 for holding the display board 6 and further the board 6 is pressed by the plate 7 so as to be attached to the frame 5, the device need not be provided with a member dedicated to the flare diaphragm specially, whereby the number of parts is made small and the device is made compact.
