Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contain components capable of being cooled or heated in a decided space in a cover without reducing a cooling or heating performance in a cold and warm storage cabinet of a portable type convenient to carry to contain an article such as food and drink, pharmaceutical preparation or the like by using an electronic element utilizing a Peltier effect capable of simply cooling or heating with a light weight. SOLUTION: Either an outside heat exchanger 18 and a fan 19 or both are obliquely disposed in a fixed space in a unit cover 17, and contained in the space.
