PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capable of turning a body with a comparatively small radius of gyration and an excellent operationality at turning operation. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a steering means capable of turning operation for steering a vehicle, a detecting means which detects an operating condition on the steering means, a mode selection means which selects either a normal mode which drives the vehicle or a turning mode with turns the vehicle when stops, a steering means which changes a steering angle of a steering wheel in a front wheel of the vehicle, when the normal mode is selected by the mode selection means depending on the detected result by the detecting means, and a turning means which turns the body around the vicinity of the between right and left wheels or front and wheels of the vehicle when the turning mode is selected by the mode selection means depending on the detected result by the detecting means, without changing the steering angle of the steering wheel depending on the detected result by the detecting means.
