SOLUTION: In a clipper, through the closing motion of a handle 11, a driver cam 47 pivots a driver 45. Through the pivoting of the driver 45, a ring-like clip 60 with a gap A is pushed out downwards along a guiding passage 100 and further struck out forwards from the tip of the guiding passage so as to pinch the edge part of a sheet bundle 61. The guiding passage 100 consists of an upper guiding member 30 provided between an arm member 10 and the handle 12 and a lower guiding member 29 provided on the arm member 10. In addition, the upper guiding member 30 is provided movably back and forth.
