Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance characteristics such as noncombustibility, fire-proof properties and insulating properties being advantages of a honeycomb core at a higher level. SOLUTION: A noncombustible fire-proof insulating panel is constituted by sticking foamed noncombustible insulating materials 20 on both side faces of a honeycomb core 10 through a foamable inorganic adhesive 30. The honeycomb core 10 is formed of an noncombustible paper made by using sepiolite as a main ingredient. The foamed noncombustible insulating material 20 is foam-molded by using calcium carbonate and/or magnesium hydroxide as the main ingredients and polyvinyl chloride as a binder. The foamable inorganic adhesive 30 is prepared by using an inorganic substance as a main ingredient and is foamed by heating.
