Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that even the rising stream is braked and a fluid stagnating part just below a pouring nozzle can not be eliminated when a point where the discharging from is collided against the wall surface of a mold, becomes lower than the lower end part of the mold. SOLUTION: When a cast slab is produced by pouring two or more kinds of molten metals having different containing components into the mold one after another, a continuous casting method is executed while forming a static magnetic field zone 4 with DC magnetic flux to the casting direction in the mold by using the mold disposing one pair of magnets 3 in parallel with at least one set in two sets of the wall surfaces of the mold mutually faced in this mold and at the lower position of the lower end of this mold 1 and giving the DC magnetic flux to the thickness direction of the cast slab. Further, this continuous casting method has the peculiarity, in which the above static magnetic field zone 4 is disposed for a specified time at the position lower than approximately position Pc where the discharging from 8 from a nozzle 2 for pouring the molten metal in the mold collides against the solidified shell in this cast slab.
