SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for a supporting body includes a step for arranging an electron beam source 26, that is, a radiation source, a step for arranging a sample 20 serving as a supporting body material apart from the radiation source at a predetermined distance, a step for arranging a shielding body shielding at least a part of the supporting body material, a step for irradiating the supporting body material through the shielding body by means of the radiation source, and a step for forming a supporting surface in the supporting body material.
