RADIO RECEIVER AND DIVERSITY RECEIVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive receiving waves arriving at plural branches in parallel without sharply increasing a hardware scale as to a radio receiver and a diversity receiver. SOLUTION: The receiver is provided with a branch selection means 11 for entering plural N receiving waves arriving at N branches in parallel and cyclically selecting these received signals at 1st frequency equal to the product of symbol frequency, N and E>=2, a sampling means 12 for successively sampling the instantaneous values of the received wave selected by the branch selection means 11 out of N received waves at 2nd frequency higher than the 1st frequency and outputting a string of these instantaneous values and a separation means 13 for cyclically separating the string of instantaneous values outputted from the sampling means 12 at the 1st frequency and outputting a string of instantaneous values individually corresponding to N received waves.
