Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efflorescence-free tiling method, a watertight bed regulator, affixing mortar, joint mortar, and a structure. SOLUTION: A layer of tiles is formed from mortar having such a composition as prevents intrusion of water from a front or back surface causing efflorescence and forms a solid and watertight construction after hardening so that when moisture intrudes therein, it contains little free calcium hydroxide causing efflorescence and is unlikely to move.
