Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for executing the treatment of a liquid such as a molten metal. SOLUTION: This device is provided with one or two or more rotary bodies 5 for feeding a gaseous and/or granular material into a liquid in a reaction chamber 1. The reaction chamber 1 is tightly sealed, has an inlet 3 and an outlet 13 and is set so as to be made into a vacuum state, and, by a connecting part, the outlet 13 is communicated with the other reaction chamber or an outlet passage 2. Alternatively, the device may be composed by arranging a plurality of reachion chambers 1 and 2 in series. Via an opening 16, the first reaction chamber 1 is communicated with the second reaction chamber 2, the second reaction chamber is communicated with a third reaction chamber, and so forth.
