PALLET RACK PICKING MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet rack picking mechanism capable of solving the following problems: (a) operation using a fork lift is needed, so an operator needs the operational skill thereof for picking, (b) high-performance picking operation cannot be achieved because the operator must go around racks one by one by operating the fork lift even if a large amount of loads must be picked in a short time, which are found in a general method of using a folk lift with a picking stage for carrying out a small lot of load from a pallet rack. SOLUTION: This pallet rack picking mechanism is formed so as to be vertically movable by hanging a stage 6 from a ceiling above a passage 2 between pallet racks 1 disposed so as to face each other. The stage is comprised so as to have a length large enough to reach a plurality of racks 3 of pallet racks in the right/left direction and move along the passage, thus it is possible to attain more effective picking.
