Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the clamping force of a work when an indentation- rolling formation of the work is executed and to attain the speed-up of the whole operation so that the shifting speed can be controlled to change over it on the way when the indentation-rolling formation of the work is executed. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a base 20, a rotary center 25a and a chuck center 26a slidably disposed on this base 20 and a ball screw shaft 51 slidable with driving force of a servo-motor 50 disposed at the back surface side of the rotary center 25a. The chuck center 26a is shifted by receiving the pushing force from an air cylinder device 33 on the clamping axial line 40 of the work 21, and the work 21 is clamped between the chuck center and the rotary center 25a. Further, the ball screw shaft 51 pushes the rotary center 25a by receiving the driving force from the servo-motor 50 on the clamping axial line 40 of the work 21 to shift the work 21 to a roll die 70 side.
