Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam sterilizing device which controls individually the amounts of steam supplied to a sterilizing chamber and steam supply space and can control overshoot or undershoot of a sterilization temperature. SOLUTION: A steam supply path of a sterilizing chamber 1 and a steam supply space 2 for heating the sterilizing chamber 1 are provided with a first steam supply control means 5 and a second steam supply control means 6, respectively. The first steam supply control means 5 and the second steam supply control means 6 are controlled by a first pressure detecting means 17 for detecting a pressure in the sterilizing chamber 1 and a second pressure detecting means 8 for detecting pressure in the steam supply space 2, respectively.
