Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the leg of a small diameter wheel while fixing horizontal rotation of the small diameter wheel so that the small diameter wheel does not interfere with a large diameter wheel and the ground and ensure and facilitate the extension and fixing of the leg. SOLUTION: This device for fixing rotation of the small diameter wheel and a device for extending the leg of the small diameter wheel are arranged in combination with each other. A groove is cut in an outer leg and the ping of an inner leg is moved as it is guided by the groove to extended the legs and to fix the legs in position.
