Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a kit which allows rapid determination of the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the infection by the bacterium. SOLUTION: This is a kit for diagnosing Mycobacterium tuberculosis containing a basal plate onto which an olignucleotide which is derived from a gene on the genome of the bacterium involved in the resistance against a drug used for the treatment of tuberculosis, and was covalently immobilized which was synthesized based on base sequences obtained from a wild-type strain of M. tuberculosis sensitive to a drug used for the treatment of tuberculosis and mutants of M. tuberculosis having drug resistance against the agent.
