Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delayed delivery unit that displays required customer data for delayed delivery at the arrival of an incoming call from a caller for the purpose of entry of a reception history even on the occurrence of a fault in any of customer storage sections. SOLUTION: Customer data storage sections 12A, 12B transmit data subjected to revision with each other for a prescribed period so as to have the same data with each other. In the case of receiving a phone call transferred from callers 1A-1C to a customer 3, the delayed delivery unit displays data from either of the customer data storage sections 12A, 12B selected by changeover sections 13A-13C and registers the reception history to either of the customer data storage sections 12A, 12B selected by changeover sections 13A-13C.
