Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way signal control circuit that the length of wiring for the control signal of a two-way buffer NS can be shortened and speeding-up is attained with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The two-way signal wire 30 is divided into wiring parts 31 to 35 by two-way buffers 51 to 54 and one of the wiring parts other than the wiring parts 31 and 35 positioned at both the ends of the two-way signal wiring 30, e.g. the wire part 33 is regarded as an intermediate wiring part, and the two-way buffer 51 connected to the end part on the side of the intermediate wiring part 33 at the wiring part 31 at one end is controlled with the control signal 11a supplied to a tri-state buffer 11 connected to the wiring part 31 at the one end. A two-way buffer 42 connected to the end part on the side of the intermediate wiring part 33 of the wiring part 32 positioned between the wiring part 31 and intermediate wiring part 33 is controlled with the control signal generated by ORing the control signal 11a supplied to the two-way buffer 51 and the control signal 11a supplied to the two-way buffer 51. The side of the 2nd wire part 35 is the same. |
