PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vehicle allocation delay by easily monitoring a vehicle to which a transport order is supplied and easily identifying vehicles not allocated before vehicle allocation estimated time in the case that the vehicle allocation request of a customer comes into a management station. SOLUTION: In this vehicle allocation management system for receiving the transport order from the customer, allocating the vehicle 1 corresponding to the transport order in the management station 30 and instructing vehicle allocation, the time required for reaching a riding-in position requested by the customer from the present position of the vehicle 1 to which the transport order is allocated is calculated (S1).
