DEVICE FOR HANGING TRAFFIC SIGNAL LAMP DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb and relax an impact when a vehicle comes into collision and to prevent the deformation, damage and falling of a signal lamp device. SOLUTION: A lamp device attaching member 3 is hung from a supporting member 2 projectingly provided on a support 1. A cylindrical connecting metal fitting 18 provided with a supporting bar 23 is fixed to the flange 3A of the lamp device attaching member 3 by the plural pieces of bolts 17 and the signal lamp device 4 is hung from the lower surface of the connecting metal fitting 18 by three bolts 29. The screw body of the bolt 29 is provided with a small diameter part and the small diameter part is used as an overload damage part 33 to be broken when large external force is applied. Further, the signal lamp device 4 is hung from the supporting bar 23 by two wires 26 for preventing falling.
