Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the situation in which a signal line driving circuit can not be constituted of polycrystalline silicon due to the frequency limitation of a polycrystalline silicon circuit in a conventional liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: An active matrix crystal display device is provided with plural scanning lines G1, G2,..., plural signal lines S1, S2,..., a display pixel region 1, in which the scanning lines and the signal lines are crossed with each other, a scanning line driving circuit 4, which successively scans each of the scanning lines and selects pixels equivalent to one row for every one horizontal interval, and a signal line driving circuit 15 which writes-in display signals to the pixels equivalent to one row selected by the scanning line driving circuit. Then, by forming the circuit 4 with polycrystalline silicon and also constituting of the circuit 15 with polycrystalline silicon ICs 11, the operating frequency is increased to approximately 40 MHz. |
