Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and thereby to provide an inexpensive lock device. SOLUTION: In a lock device which engages with an engaging part 11 of a box main body 1 and locks the opening-closing of a door part 2, a lock part 3 is held by rotatably holding an axial part 31 of the lock part 3 between a rib 50 of an inside member 5 and a rib 63 of an outside member 6. A fitting seat for the lock part 5 is dispensed with, and screws or the like for fixing the fitting seat are also dispensed with. Besides, since the fitting seat is unnecessary, this results in space saving.
