Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the occurrence of a disused article which becomes an industrial waste from foamed urethane (heat insulating material) at the time of manufacturing a wall panel for building containing a heat insulating layer made of the foamed urethane in its plywood. SOLUTION: A wall panel for building is constituted in such a way that a plate material 2 of the same material as that of a heat insulating layer is stuck to the internal periphery of the heat insulating layer forming portion of plywood 1 and formed in a frame-like shape. Then a urethane material is injected into a hermetically sealed space formed by surrounding the periphery of the plate material 2 with a support material and hermetically sealing the opening of the support material and a heat insulating section 3 is formed by foaming the urethane material under a prescribed pressure. After forming the section 3, a crosspiece material 4 is attached to a necessary spot.
