Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a water-containing hot melt type adhesive containing felbinac (BPAA: 4-biphenyl acetic acid), good in medicine-releasing properties from the adhesive and expressing high bioavailability by stably blending BPAA. SOLUTION: This felbinac-containing analgesic and antiphlogistic strap for external use is obtained by blending it to a water-containing hot melt type adhesive ointment comprising a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, a tackifying resin, an antioxidant, lanolin and water as essential components.
