Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous film low in cost because a luminous material can be applied in the optimum thickness, demonstrating good luminous properties and excellent in practicality and productivity capable of providing the luminous material on a film by a simple method and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A luminous film is constituted by laminating an ultraviolet curable resin having a well-known luminous material mixed therewith and an appropriate film.
