Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing hand-crumpled noodles by which a prescribed amount of the hand-crumpled noodles can extremely sanitarily and easily handleably be produced in such the most suitable state (shrunk noodle state) as practically crumpled with hands and in a state collected in a certain extent without being scattered, and which is the most suitable method for the mass production of the hand-crumpled noodles. SOLUTION: This method for producing hand-crumpled noodles comprises packing a prescribed amount of noodles 1 dusted with powder such as starch in a packing bag 2 to form the packed noodles A, and then allowing the packed noodles A to pass through a hand-crumpling units B provided with a pair of hand-crumpling rollers 5, thus applying the hand-crumpling treatment to the noodles 1 in the packing bag 2 from the outside of the bag.
