SOLUTION: A fuel gas inlet tube 27 is inserted in a ceramic fuel gas guide tube 23, and heat-expanded to connect with the gas guide tube 23. The internal peripheral surface of the inserted end of the fuel gas inlet tube 27 is formed to have a tape-like thin end.
