SOLUTION: In a battery 60 comprising a metallic armored can 50 and an opening sealing body 40, a positive electrode terminal 41 is protruded from a main plane of the opening sealing body 40 for preventing resin parts of the positive electrode terminal 41 from being deformed by heat when sealing the battery by laser welding.
