Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition having improved light resistance and a photosensitive resin composition which improves the light resistance of a color filter, enhances the reliability of the filter and produces a color filter excellent in color characteristics by using a specified resin as a binder. SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin compositions contain a resin binder, a photopolymerizable monomer, a photopolymerization initiator and a coloring material. The resin binder has such light absorption characteristics as to satisfy the relation of OD365/OD400>30 (where OD365 is the optical density of a film of the resin binder having 1 μm thickness at 365 nm wavelength and OD400 is the optical density of the film at 400 nm wavelength). A resin having a benzotriazole skeleton may be used as the resin binder.
