Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a metal mold having molding patterns of high density and high accuracy for molding photoconductive patterns of an edge light panel in about half day. SOLUTION: Photoresist patterns 13 which are the same as the photoconductive patterns of the edge light panel are formed on the front surface of a metal mold substrate 12 and a heat resistant resin material 17 is supplied by a screen printing method thereto, by which the resin material is packed into microholes 16 of the photoresist patterns 13 to form the molding patterns 11. The molding patterns are subjected to high-temperature baking and are thereby integrated with the metal mold substrate 12, by which the molding metal mold 10 is manufactured.
