PLATE FIN TUBE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE THEREOF AND REFRIGERATOR COMPRISING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate fin tube type heat exchanger which can be manufactured efficiently and in which the tubing structure has good heat exchanging performance. SOLUTION: The plate fin tube type heat exchanger comprises a single snaking refrigerant tube 10, and a plurality of sheets of plate fins 20 arranged at a constant interval, wherein the refrigerant tube 10 comprises circular tube parts 11 not subjected to flattening, and flat parts 12 formed by reducing the thickness of the tube repeatedly at an interval. The plate fin 20 is provided with a slit-like cut 22 for inserting the tube having width corresponding to the thickness of the flat part 12, and a right circular fitting hole 21 for passing the tube made continuously to the cut 22 and having inside diameter corresponding to the outside diameter of the circular tube part 11. The refrigerant pipe 10 is press fitted in the fitting hole 21 of each plate fin 20 at the circular tube part 11 and secured in place along with the plate fin 20.
