Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable and high-efficient exhaust with the exhaust gas generating source of a melting furnace body working and to reliably prevent adhesion of fine particles to the inner surface of an exhaust pipe. SOLUTION: This device comprises an air film forming cylinder 16 situated in the lower end part of a rise part 7a having a slit 14 formed in an internal part; an air supply port 19 formed in the air film forming cylinder 16; a first air supply means 23 connected to the air supply port 19 through a valve 21; an outer cylinder 18 situated at the external part of the air film forming cylinder 16 and communicating with an exhaust gas generating source 2; an air-fuel mixture flow port 24 formed in the outer cylinder 18 ; a second air supply means 28 and a first water supply means 32 connected to the air-fuel mixture flow port 24 through valves 26 and 30; a second water supply means 36 connect to a position nearest a rise part 7a of a lateral extension part 7b' through a valve 34; a thermometer 38 to detect the temperature of exhaust gas flowing through an exhaust pipe 7; and a controller 39 to control the opening and closing of the valves 21, 26, 30, and 34 based on the detecting temperature of the thermometer 38. |
