Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, in which freezing is prevented under control of operating capability of a compressor. SOLUTION: There are provided an operating capability control segment for automatically adjusting the operation capability of a compressor 17 between a first set value and a second set value (higher than the first set value) in response to a load of room to be air conditioned, and a first protection segment for correcting the second set value in a direction to prevent reduction in temperature of a radiator when the temperature of the radiator is less than the first prescribed temperature.
