JOINT CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To joint together extremely easily such members as segments or the like without performing troublesome work. SOLUTION: A joint fittings 1 is constituted of a male type joint 2 having a joint bar 11 formed with a drawdown portion 15 with the diameter smaller than that of a taper portion 14 at the tip and a female joint fitting 3 having a female joint main body 21 linking the joint bar 11 to be inserted. Inside the housing 23, a linking plate 25 having an insertion 29 into which the joint bar 11 can be inserted and having a linking groove 30 formed in part of the insertion hole 29 is provided in a slidable manner in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the joint bar 11. A linking plate 25 is provided with a spring 32 for urging in the slide direction. By inserting the joint bar 11 to the female joint main body 21, the linking groove 30 is fitted to the drawdown portion 15 of the joint bar 11 by an exerting force of the spring 32, thereby linkes the male type joint fittings 2 to the female joint fitting 3 and segments S are jointed together.
