Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fixation of a mount stay for mounting a rotary joint by a fastener such as fixing bolt from being loosened in a front excavating work having a high working frequency. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the rotary joint in a rotary working machine comprising a traveling device 2, a revolving superstructure 3 having an excavating device 4 at the front end, which is provided on the traveling device 2 in such a manner as to be rotatable about a vertical rotating axis X, and the rotary joint 28 mounted on the rotating axis X of a track frame 6 in the traveling device 2 through a mount stay 27, the mount stay 27 has a support part 61 for placing and fixing the rotary joint 28 and a fixed part 63 protruded upward from the support part 61 through a bent part 62. The fixed part 63 is fixed to the track frame 6 side by a fastener 66.
